Sap ran today as soon as the sun warmed the tree tops and our tanks are full. We are now well over our target of one litre per tap and still a week or two to go. So for us its a bumper year, which seems to happen every decade or so. We will be boiling starting early tomorrow morning . The camp will be open as usual at 10.00am.
