Lanark Maple Syrup & Products from Fortune Farms
Fortune Farms maple products are made from pure maple sap. There are no additives or preservatives in maple syrup or maple sugar and are natural organic products.
We pack our syrup in glass bottles or plastic jugs. The glass bottles are imported. The plastic jugs are made in Canada from food grade material. Maple syrup may be stored for prolonged periods in either container as long as the seal is not broken. After opening the syrup should be kept refrigerated.
Storing the syrup in a freezer will help retain its fresh flavour for a longer period. It can be safely frozen in either the glass bottle or jug.

Stewardship
We are federally licensed to produce maple products and our forests and processes are also certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC® C018800) through the Eastern Ontario Model Forest’s Forest Certification Program.
We have received national, provincial, and local awards for our stewardship, and we are committed to the long-term health and ecological integrity of our forests. Our home farm is an old growth hardwood and white pine stand and some of the trees are well over 400 years old. It is truly a special place.
